My name is Casper and I'm the senior investigator here at TopTec, I'm nearly two now and have been a detective since I was a small kitten. I'm not trying to say I'm infalable but theres nothing that goes on in my nieghbourhood that I don't know about. Only the other day I detected fresh sausages about to be criminally wasted on a nieghbours BBQ, fortunately I was able to save one innocent sausage and put it in a place of safety (burp..)
